Our representatives will assist you in the best possible way and will personally monitor your opted tour package, helping you enjoy your business or leisure trip.

Q. What are the payment options?

Customers can pay through Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa), Online Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit.

Q. In what period of time can I pay for the booking?

In general the payment has to be made at the time of package booking. Please ask your booking agent about specific payment policy which applies to your booking.

Q. What is the card verification number on my card?

In case of Mastercard and Visa, it is the last three digits mentioned on the signature portion on the reverse side of your card.

Q. What are the net banking options?

You can make an online transfer from your account to our account directly by logging-in into your account. Typically for most banks you have to first add a payee first and then make a payment. Please ask your booking agent for details of our bank account to which you can make a direct payment.

Q. Payment from which all banks is accepted?

Payment from all the national banks is accepted.

Q. How many days prior to the journey should I book the hotel?

There is no specific date, however it is advisable to book your tour well in advance to procure hotel reservation.

Q. How can I book a flight ticket?

Q. How many tickets can be booked at a time?

Depending upon the need, you can book as many tickets as you want. However, during our schemes for cheap tickets, it completely depends upon the seats available.

Q. Is there an option to cancel the booking?

Yes there is, but at the same time you will have to pay the cancellation amount which varies on the type of ticket (ticket fare basis & airline policies etc). Upon cancellation of the ticket, airlines issue a refund which may take anywhere between 2 – 3 weeks.

Q. What is an e-ticket?

E-ticket is booked through the internet, which then represent the purchased seat. E- ticketing can be done mainly through the airline website or a travel website , the printout of which can be presented at the airport (along with a valid government issued ID) for the checkin process to be completed.

Q. How would I get my boarding pass on e-ticket?

You will get your boarding pass at the airport itself. You will have to show the e-ticket at the airline counter against which you will be given your boarding pass. You can also do e-checkin through the airline website.

Q. What if the flight gets canceled or rescheduled?

In both the cases, the airline will do the needful or will provide the accommodation (full service airlines only) to the passengers.

Q. Is there an option to cancel the flight offer ticket?

Yes, But amount is not refundable, You can book ticket again after 3  month from cancellation. You need to inform our agent before 30 days.

Yes there is but you will be charged the cancellation amount.

Q. How can I get the ticket?

E-tickets will be emailed to you. You can take a printout and carry the same at the time of travel. If you do not have access to a printer – please ask the booking agent and a physical copy of the e-ticket will be mailed to you.

Q. Do u deliver it at home or office?

Yes, we do.

Q. How much time would you take to deliver the ticket?

In case of home-delivery you should receive the ticket by next day. In case the ticket is couriered to you – please expect to receive the same in 2-3 business days.

Q. Do u also deliver ticket right at the time of departure?

No, we prefer you purchase the tickets in much advance, to avoid any last minute hassles.
